I think you've got it pretty pinned -- the only part you missed, I think, is a more in depth look from my side. Not that I've ever done it (or will) but...why would I? The why is very important here. The case where I could see it (and have wanted to see it) are simply when I want to please the other person. Me faking it would be like handing you a gift, like "look, you did it!" It reminds me a bit of letting your young child beat you in a game. If I love you that much and you at least please me most of the time then I don't care if I orgasm. I want you to feel satisfied -- and for most men that's getting a girl there. It's a fine line to walk, this I know. And I won't ever fake one (I really have no need). But it just makes me think, I suppose, that if I ever did do it, it would never be because I was bored and just done...
