graceful, neat, and coming along

or risky (sickly) as appetites and range rovers
we are always turning over new storylines
to old loves and old wants
it’s what we want most of all
sometimes, is to repair the damage done
in the past.
So when I see, like sometimes I do
a turning person (boy, girl) that leans
away from wanting to rewrite
a history they’ve no more faith in
I smile the best I can
and try to urge them on.
