during the drive i saw a man with headphones on dancing in the park. i have to wonder if there is a thing or time more precious than the sight of someone dancing (badly) in a park to music of their choosing. i found a website titled "my lips may promise but my heart is a whore" and i wondered how many peoples that's true for. as the stars.

i found myself singing a little too loud to the drifters while stopped at an intersection waiting for the green to come: life is good. times are hard. maybe. this morning i spent nearly an hour driving around town (curving mind like highways) listening to music and i found a space between this life and that (my old ones) thatdrew itself long breaths and every smile was both bitter and sweet. today is another day.

every passing car is another chance to let someone into your lane. the ones we don't take are chances, the ones we do are just things that happened. this is another day. i am smiling. showers brighten my day. this is another day. i am smiling. good is on it's way.
